Join our book club, bring your bag lunch and your copy of the first book for this year, 'Aging with Grace: What the Nun Study Teaches Us About Leading Longer, Healthier and More Meaningful Lives." by David Snoden, PhD. .

We fellowship, share lunch and begin discussion about 12:00 PM every Monday--add us to your calendar & we invite you to continue a new journey this fall with us!
